Sign In Using Username and Password

1. To login to ClarityScribe, go to app.clarityscribe.ai

2. Enter the email address you used to make the purchase and your password.

3. Click the Continue button.

   

Request a Magic Link

The magic link login options let you access your account without a password. Here's how it works:

1. Request the magic link or token code:

   1. Visit the ClarityScribe login page.

   2. Click the "Or Request Magic Link" option (under the Continue Button).

      

   3. Enter your registered email address in the Email field.

   4. Click the Request Magic Link button.

      

2. Check your email:

   1. Open the email inbox.

   2. The ClarityScribe system will immediately send an email to your registered email inbox, providing a magic link and token code in the same email. The magic link will be active for 24 hours and can only be used to login once. After this period – or if you've used the link already, you will need to request a new one.

      

3. Complete the login:

   • You can either click the “Login Now“ button or copy the link URL in the bottom of the email and paste it in your browser.

   • You will be redirected to your ClarityScribe account dashboard.

Reset Password

1. To reset your password go to app.clarityscribe.ai

2. Click the Forgot password link below the password field

   

3. On the Forgot Password page, enter the email you provided when you purchased ClarityScribe

   

4. Click the Send Reset Link button.

5. You will receive an email from ClarityScribe with a secure link. Click the link we sent you to reset your password.

   Please check your spam / junk folders as well.
